If an account participates in a survey, the owner can retrieve the email address, if available.
Poll data is only analysed internally in order to obtain an overview of usage.
These data are evaluated: Number of users, number of polls, 5 newest polls, last 10 active polls and number of active polls of the last week, 2 weeks and month.
The lists of polls are encrypted. The number of participants is displayed in each case.
The number of users and polls that have accepted the terms and conditions is displayed.
How many users or polls will soon be deleted is also displayed.
Additional statistics have also been added. These are described below.
The user always has the option to delete all entries. The data is then not only marked as deleted but actually removed from the database.
Some functions require data that cannot be deleted immediately by the user. This data will be automatically deleted after a certain period of time.

The extended statistics are recorded every full hour.
This means that they may not be 100% correct. However, they do provide a good picture of usage.

*In order to record the number of sessions, the browser header is checked to exclude bots and crawlers.
No cookies are used for tracking user data.

Every login is logged. These data are used to prevent bruteforce attacks on an account.
Multiple wrong logins lead to a lock for a period of time.
The data will be automatically deleted after 720 days.

To provide the remember me function some data have to be saved.
These Data will be deleted after 100 days.
After this time the login by cookie will no longer work and have to be refreshed.

Poll data is stored until it is deleted. This can be done by the owner at any time.
Inactive polls are automatically deleted after 100 days. The poll is considered inactive if nothing has been changed in it for this period of time.
If a poll has the continuous setting activated but is inactive, the continuous settings will be disabled after 50 days.
This informations will be saved: Poll title, Poll location, Participants, Options, Participant answers, Notes.
Userdata will be saved until the account is deleted.
Inactive users will be deleted after 740 days without login.
This informations will be saved: Displayname, Usernamem, Password, E-Mail Adress (if provided), Register date, Last login
It is possible to log in with a Google Account.
The name and e-mail address are used from the personal information.
The e-mail address is saved as verified and therefore used for e-mail traffic.
The e-mail address can be displayed by the owner of a poll if you take part in the poll.
Access to the calendar is also requested when you log in.
If this is guaranteed, the calendar entries are saved.
The information from the calendar is used to indicate the dates on which you have calendar entries when you take part in a poll.
Only entries starting from today are queried. Old entries are removed from the database each time you log in.
Furthermore, all entries that are in the past are deleted once a week.
The calendar data cannot be viewed by other people.
The data will not be passed on to third parties.

This data is stored in encrypted form: calendar text, name, e-mail address.
The relevant data is stored in the database in encrypted form.
This further increases the security of the data. People who have access to the database cannot view any data.
Developers or database administrators, for example, have access to the database.
If unauthorised people manage to gain access to the database, they cannot do anything with the data thanks to the encryption.
Everthing that gets deleted will not only be marked as deleted, it will be deleted from the database physically.
Backups are kept for 7 days.
After this deadline the data can not be restored.
